Architect Lunch and Learn : How to Generate Leads – Sean Reilly and Jason Griffasi

All take-home items allow for you to insert your specific company logo and information. This, combined with the step-by-step instructions provided during class, will allow you to begin maximizing lead generation the very next week!

1 – General “What is Polished Concrete” PowerPoint Presentation Template -
This is a 1 hour presentation template that you can customize with your company
logo, and then use to present your company to architects.
2 – Course Outline Template
You will send this outline to the architects after setting up the lunch & learn, in order
to explain what will be discussed, and why they should attend.
3 – Company Specific Handout Template
This is the information about you and your company, that you will leave behind with each
architect once the presentation is complete.
4 – Best Practices Guid lines / Sample Question Sheet / Presentation Skills
How to leave architects with a valuable company specific binder (that wont get tossed out!)
including general info/options on polished concrete.

Sean Reilly, AIA, LEED AP is a principal at Kerns Group Architects in Arlington, Virginia. Sean has over 30 years of experience as a practicing architect with a special focus on institutional and religious projects. His design work has been honored by national and local design awards. Sean served as the project architect on several projects that include polished concrete including :
  • St. Bede Catholic Church, Williamsburg, Virginia
  • St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Alexandra, Virginia
  • St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland
  • St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Swormville, New York
Sean is past chairman and continues to serve on the State of Virginia AIA’s Design Committee. He will also serve as the Secretary for the Northern Virginia Chapter of the AIA beginning this fall.
