Substitutions
Substitutions from the same company are possible. This can be accomplished in the online registration form. After September 22, 2010 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be applied to the substituting attendee.
By choosing the pay by check option, you are entering into an agreement to send your check within 10 days of registration.

If check is not received within 10 days your registration may be voided. Checks are not accepted after September 15, 2009 or on site. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee. Returned checks or failure to send a check does not release the attendee(s) from the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
- Cancellations received on or before July 20, 2010 will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations received between July 21, 2010 and August 2, 2010 will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations received between August 3, 2010 and September 3, 2010 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be granted on or after September 4, 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON.
Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by fax to 716-706-1229 or by e-mail to info@icpsc365.com .
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
