The ICPSC is geared to your specific needs -
Seminars: All of the seminars presented at ICPSC are topic specific. There will be no sales pitches. These courses will be presented by industry experts. ICPSC Seminars are tailored for those interested in starting a business, all the way up to the experienced concrete polishers. Classes are broken down into beginner and advanced topics.
Hot Topics for Discussion
A crucial function of the ICPSC is to bring attention to vital topics and/or trends in our industry. These topics are presented in either a seminar or panel discussion format. This allows those of you working in the industry the opportunity to voice your opinion on trends and topics that directly affect your business. Whether your thoughts are positive or negative they can be presented in a professional manor. The International Concrete Polishing and Staining Conference is the ONLY VENUE that all can attend and participate in.
This year there are two “Hot Topics” of discussion
1. Concrete polishing has become a very broad and poorly defined term. Traditionally, it inferred the mechanical and chemical processes of grinding, honing and polishing. Currently, there are other processes that are being implemented which use fewer prescriptive steps but are still being called “polished concrete”. The confusion and fragmentation can ultimately destroy the lively hood of applicators and manufacturers alike.
What do YOU consider “Polished Concrete”? Be sure to voice your feelings and thoughts and don’t miss this discussion.
2. Densifiers – the debate continues. The industry has introduced sodium, potassium and lithium silicates to our industry. Now there appears to be a “New Kid” on the block searching for a voice in your industry, Colloidal Silicates. Get in on a discussion that includes information on all four types of densification. If you have attended the past discussions on densifiers you know this is a “lively” subject. It’s important to understand all your options. Get all the information and YOU DECIDE FOR YOURSELF..
